Hi, my name is Karlee! I design personalized training programs based on your goals, your body, and your real life that get results and leave the guesswork out. As an athlete myself, staying active and strong has always been a priority for me. It’s been a passion of mine to help make that easier for others in the hustle and bustle of life—to take the guesswork out of what you’re going to do when you arrive at the gym each day.
I’ve always wanted to make a difference in what I do, which led me to becoming a personal trainer and coach in 2017. My goal is to teach you, guide you, and cheer you on along the way as you work toward a healthier, more confident version of yourself!
Carving out time for the gym is so important, but it can be challenging in itself. Let’s make sure the time you’re setting aside for yourself is worth it and that you’re showing up to a sound program that gets you the results you’re looking for.

8 or 12 week program designed just for you! Where all you have to do is show up and hit begin! This program takes into consideration your personal goals, health & training history as well as equipment available to you. I meet you where you’re at and hold you accountable to your training sessions :)
